Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or replacement.
While we are unable to accept returns, please let us know if there is a quality issue with any of the items you order. We strive to deliver high quality products. If you have any issues, we will investigate and in most cases refund your order or send you a replacement.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Digital Downloads
No refunds on digital downloads.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
